1. Promoter

The promoter is Kardinya Park Shopping Centre, Dato Holdings Pty Ltd as trustee for the Dato Property Trust, trading as Kardinya Park Shopping Centre of Kardinya Park Shopping Centre Corner of South Street and North Lake Road Kardinya WA, 6160 (“the Promoter”).

2. Promotion Period

The promotion commences at 12:00am AWST on 27 July 2026 and closes at 11:59pm AWST on 26 August 2026. Entries received outside this period will not be accepted.

3. Eligibility

  • Entry is open to all Western Australia residents who are currently enrolled in a University or TAFE course, including international students.
  • Entrants under 18 years of age must have the consent of a parent or legal guardian to enter and, if successful, to collect the prize.
  • Proof of Western Australian residency and current student enrolment may be requested by the Promoter.
  • Employees of the Promoter, participating retailers, associated agencies, contractors and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.

4. How to Enter

To enter, eligible entrants must during the Promotion Period:

  • Spend $20 or more in a single transaction at any retailer within Kardinya Park Shopping Centre.
  • Complete the online entry form.
  • Upload a valid receipt showing the qualifying purchase made during the Promotion Period.
  • Upload a current student ID. 
  • Follow Kardinya Park Shopping Centre’s current Instagram. 
  • By submitting an entry, entrants acknowledge they have read and accepted these Terms & Conditions and consent to receiving marketing communications from Kardinya Park Shopping Centre via email. Entrants may unsubscribe from these communications at any time by using the unsubscribe link included in any marketing email.

Limit of one (1) entr, per day, per person during the Promotion Period. Each receipt may only be used once.

Incomplete, illegible, fraudulent or duplicate entries will be deemed invalid.

5. Prize

  • There are 20 x $100 7-Eleven Fuel Vouchers to be won.
  • Total prize pool: $2,000 AUD.
  • Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash.

6. Prize Draw

The prize draw will take place on 27 August 2026. Winners will be selected at random from all valid entries received during the Promotion Period.

7. Winner Notification

  • Winners will be notified by email using the email address and/or mobile provided on their entry form.
  • Winners must respond within 48 hours of the notification email to accept their prize.
  • If a winner cannot be contacted, does not respond within 48 hours, is found to be ineligible or forfeits their prize, the Promoter reserves the right to conduct a redraw to determine a replacement winner.

8. Prize Collection

  • Prize winners must collect their voucher from the Kardinya Park Shopping Centre Management Office within one (1) week of accepting their prize, unless otherwise agreed by the Promoter.
  • Winners may be required to present valid photo identification when collecting their prize.

9. Verification

The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries, including proof of identity, residency, student enrolment and that the entrant follows the official Kardinya Park Shopping Centre Instagram account at the time the prize draw is conducted. Failure to satisfy any entry requirement may result in disqualification.

10. General

  • The Promoter accepts no responsibility for late, lost, incomplete, delayed or misdirected entries due to technical or other reasons beyond its reasonable control.
  • The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, suspend or amend the promotion if circumstances beyond its reasonable control make this necessary, subject to any applicable laws.
  • If any prize becomes unavailable, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with another of equal or greater value, subject to any applicable laws.
  • The Promoter’s decision in relation to all aspects of this promotion is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

11. Privacy

Personal information collected as part of this promotion will be used for the purposes of administering the competition, verifying entries, contacting winners and sending marketing communications from Kardinya Park Shopping Centre. By entering the promotion, entrants consent to the Promoter collecting and using their personal information for these purposes. Entrants may unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time by selecting the unsubscribe link included in any email. Personal information will otherwise be handled in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy.

12. Acceptance

Entry into this promotion constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
