April and May brought exciting new openings, South Street traffic signage approval, and two outstanding community events that drove an 8.4% footfall increase.
| April and May 2026 featured exciting new retailer openings and approvals of the South Street traffic signage at the entry from Main Roads WA. The Taiwan Yes! Markets on 18 and 19 April and Easter Family event held on 6 April were outstanding. The atmosphere, turnout, and community engagement exceeded expectations. Footfall increased by 8.4% on the previous week. Kardinya Park shopping centre is transforming into a vibrant retail and lifestyle destination. |

Signalised access coming to South Street
South Street traffic signage at the entry has been approved by Main Roads WA. The new signals will let east–west traffic on South St turn directly into the centre. We are working to finalise a date as soon as possible.

ANZ Bank — Now Open
ANZ opened its brand-new branch on 6 May 2026, welcoming customers into a new banking chamber within the centre. Located at the Eastern (Kmart) entry, across from Terry White Chemmart.

Flames is heading south — their fourth store is fitting out now and opens early July, bringing another great dining option to the centre.
