Construction Progress

Coles launched their new-format checkouts on 27 June, offering a preview of the store’s upcoming transformation over the next five months. Flooring and lighting in the fresh food precinct’s common area are now complete, with tenancy fit outs scheduled to begin in August. The parking structure, built by Whitehouse, is also finished. Details about the refurbishment launch will be shared soon.

Development Ahead of Schedule

We are pleased to report that construction is ahead of schedule. If progress continues, several key areas will open earlier than planned.

  • Estimated Completion Dates:
  • Ground Floor & Mezzanine Carpark: November 2025
  • Fresh Food Precinct: Early November 2025
  • Expanded & Refurbished Coles Supermarket: Early December 2025
  • Traffic Signals on South Street: November 2025 (improving access to and from the Centre)

Please note: These dates are based on current progress and may change if unforeseen circumstances arise.

New Retailer Updates

Leasing and centre management are conducting regular inspections with prospective retailers, and interest is increasing as completion approaches. The fresh food precinct is progressing well.

Lotto Kiosk: A new lottery kiosk will be located in the mall adjacent to the fresh food precinct. Plans are being finalised.

Distinctive Jewellers: Have recommitted to the centre and are planning a tenancy upgrade in the coming months.

Aurora Fashion: Fit out is well underway and trading will commence in early August.

Our digital marketing will continue in the coming months as we prepare for a relaunch campaign aligned with the completion dates above. An all-retailer meeting will be held in August to present the marketing and awareness campaign.
