A New Start at Kardinya Park
With Stage 2 now complete, the focus has shifted from construction to making shopper visits easier, quicker and more enjoyable.
Please note the following improvements:
- New South St traffic signalised entry in March 2026
- Large undercover parking areas – Completed
- Upgraded fresh food and dining options – Completed
- Improved pedestrian access points – Completed
- Clearer shopper mall signage – Near completion
The following improvements including enhanced new entry lighting on the medical centre and the walkway walls and weatherprotected walkways make arriving at the centre safer and more protected.
The new traffic signals on South St, will improve traffic flow into our new three-level car park. This intersection will open by the end of March. In the meantime, please refer to the attached access plan. You can enter the centre from North Lake Road via the ramp near 7-Eleven, which provides direct access to the upper and mezzanine levels of the car park, with convenient travelator access straight into Coles and the new fresh food precinct.
Retailer Updates
ANZ Bank
On 8 April ANZ is moving to a brand-new space eastern arcade entry opposite Terry White Pharmacy. They’ll continue trading as normal from their current external location while the new location is being fitted out.
Flames Burgers & Grill and Hanoi Corner
Two new food favourites are landing in June 2026. Flames Burgers & Grill and Hanoi Corner will open opposite the multi-level car park. This will bring more dine-in and takeaway options to the centre.
LA Moon Café – South St
A much-loved local Vietnamese style café is joining us on South st located near the bus stop.
Concierge Car Wash
In March the car wash will open on the mezzanine level of the car park, near the travelators to the Fresh Food Precinct.
Fast Emergency Care – In the new medical centre
The emergency care will open in August 2026. Emergency-trained doctors providing consultations, check-ups and diagnostic services, adding even more essential services to the centre. The picture below shows the entry to the medical centre from the corner of South St and North Lake rd.
