From North Lake Road
- Enter via the upper ramp near 7-Eleven on North Lake Road
- Head down to the mezzanine level — Concierge Car Wash is right there
- Jump on the travelators and head into the shops
From South Street
- Turn in at the new South Street entry
- Turn left and head up to the mezzanine level via the ramp
